I am a licensed professional counselor, offering counseling in Allen, McKinney, Plano, Dallas and surrounding Texas cities. I believe in addressing the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help you discover what is lacking in your life, what is good, what needs changing, and empower you to do what is best for you. I am very approachable and open-minded. I look at the big picture and work with clients from a holistic perspective. I am comfortable with respectfully challenging clients and I am collaborative with clients in finding solutions that work for them.

SETTING UP SESSIONS

After our initial consultation, and if you want to move forward with my services, we’ll discuss your future scheduled sessions. This will depend on your preference, the level of care you need, and what your insurance will cover if you are using insurance for your sessions.

  • Yes! Insurance is accepted. We accept the following insurance:

  • Payment will depend on what your insurance covers, your copay, and the frequency of your visits. It’s a good idea to reach out to your insurance provider to be sure of coverage. Some insurance companies use a secondary insurance for mental health. **Some people do prefer to pay out of pocket - my private pay rate is $150 per 55 minute session.

  • Late cancel fee is $150. Canceling appointments with a full 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated. This allows someone else to potentially take that appointment time.

  • I offer counseling services for Texas residents in areas such as Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Dallas as well as Houston and other Texas cities via Telehealth sessions.

  • All client communication, including initial inquiries go through Alma’s secure portal. This is done for your protection. Your data is crucial to protect, and that is why we only use Alma’s secure platform for communication. The initial consultation is also important for you to be sure that I am a good fit for your needs. :)
